The Human Relations Agent performs activities of design, updating, analysis, and evaluation in one or more social programs related to the mission of the Youth Protection Department. He or she may be called upon to work in various services.

The Non-Qualifiable Human Relations Agent (non-member of his Order) can only work at the Application of Measures, while the Qualifiable Human Relations Agent (member of his Order or holding acquired rights) may be called upon to work at the Reception and Processing of Reports, Evaluation/Orientation, Application of Measures, and in the LSJPA sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work (preferably with Order, or without Order)
• Master's degree in social work (preferably with Order, or without Order)
• Bachelor's degree in psychoeducation (by default without Order)
• Master's degree in psychoeducation (preferably with Order, or without Order)
• Bachelor's degree in criminology (preferably with Order, or without Order) (The one made in Ottawa is accepted)
• Bachelor's degree in criminal phenomenon (criminology and victimology)
