The Mechanical Engineer will play a key role in the design, improvement, and optimization of our industrial facilities. You will be at the heart of the action, from the design to the commissioning of the equipment, going through all the steps that shape our projects.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESS OF THE ORGANIZATION

• Design, improve, and optimize industrial mechanical equipment
• Develop and update mechanical drawings and technical specifications
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors
• Supervise the installation and commissioning of equipment
• Contribute to the design of new facilities and the expansion of existing plants
• Participate in procurement processes and tender calls
• Propose and implement solutions to improve the reliability, safety, and performance of equipment
• Work closely with process, operations, automation, and maintenance teams
• Contribute to the technical management of multidisciplinary projects
• All other related tasks
• YOUR SKILLS AND TALENTS THAT WILL HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS
• Hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Be a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (or admissible)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial mechanical engineering and/or project management
• Experience in the design of process equipment, piping, pumps, tanks, heat exchangers, conveyors, or other industrial equipment (asset)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good adaptability in a rapidly growing environment where priorities change quickly
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Good command of French, English is considered an asset
