Project Assistant

Your mission

We are looking for an assistant to work in collaboration with project managers. From our offices in Charny, you will actively participate in the smooth running of construction sites.

Concretely, you will

• Prepare and estimate project directives and changes;
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date administrative files for each project;
• Assist project managers in their daily tasks;
• Prepare and follow up on QRTs, workshop drawings, survey data, and technical sheets;
• Participate in communications with various stakeholders and site meetings;
• Ensure CNESST-related follow-ups;
• Perform any other related tasks.

You might be our next recruit if you have

• A DEC or BAC in civil engineering, construction, architecture (or equivalent experience);
• 3 years of experience in construction and reading plans;
• A good sense of organization and rigor;
• A desire to learn, get involved, and work as a team;
• A construction ASP card;
• A valid driver's license.
