Your Role Under the supervision of a Senior Estimator, you will participate in the preparation of estimates and proposals for various construction projects. You will gradually develop your autonomy through structured support and hands-on training on-site.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze plans, bids, and request for proposal documents;
• Perform quantity take-offs;
• Obtain and analyze supplier and subcontractor prices;
• Participate in the preparation of cost estimates;
• Prepare submission documents;
• Collaborate with project management and operations teams;
• Contribute to the improvement of estimation methods and tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, estimation technology, construction, or related field;
• Experience in estimation (an asset);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Excellent teamwork skills;
• Motivation to learn and develop a career in estimation.
