Job Summary The Yard Associate is an entry-level position designed for individuals ready to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient flow of materials, maintain a clean and safe yard, and support inventory management. This role offers practical experience and advancement opportunities within our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the process.
• Order Fulfillment: Prepare orders by ensuring the accurate selection and organization of materials.
• Shipment Verification: Follow loading procedures and complete forms. Each item loaded must be verified and confirmed before leaving the yard.
• Labeling: Ensure each section is correctly labeled with the item number, description, warehouse, and current count.
• Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and optimal storage.
• Yard Maintenance: Keep the yard clean, safe, and well-organized by performing regular maintenance and adhering to safety standards.
• Equipment Use: Use forklifts and other equipment safely, following company guidelines and training.
• Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
