Skilled Laborer with Home Renovations Experience

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Skilled Laborer with a strong background in home renovations to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of residential improvement projects, from painting and carpentry to finishing and restoration. Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform carpentry tasks such as , flooring, tile laying, and electrical wiring
• Conduct concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to create durable structures and surfaces
• Apply caulking, painting, and restoration techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal of residential spaces
• Assist with plumbing and electrical installations or repairs as needed for comprehensive home upgrades
• Measure spaces accurately using construction estimating skills to ensure precise material use and project planning

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction or home renovation projects with a focus on hands-on craftsmanship
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
• Knowledge of Gyproc installation, tile laying, and painting
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
• Has own tools and truck
