As an administrative assistant, you will support the team in the overall management of documentation, as well as providing support to the project managers.

Your employment conditions

  • Full-time permanent position, 37.5 hours per week (flexible schedule possible).

Your main responsibilities

  • Contribute to the drafting of minutes.
  • Download technical submissions and update tracking tables.
  • Update PDFs of drawings when issuing directives.
  • Prepare drafts of payment certificates.
  • Track document signature requests.
  • Participate in other tasks related to the various administrative follow-ups of the project team.

Requirements for the position

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant experience in document management or administrative follow-up.
  • Knowledge of the construction/architecture industry (an asset).
  • Mastery of office tools.
  • Excellent communication in French and English (both oral and written).
  • Knowledge of project management platforms (an asset).
