Envirolin Canada is seeking a dynamic and motivated sales representative to actively contribute to the company's growth within an assigned territory.

Reporting to the director, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for developing sales and increasing market share by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting relationships with customers. The role involves prospecting, opening new accounts, developing an active sales pipeline, and managing opportunities to their conclusion.

The primary focus of the role is to create new business opportunities, open new accounts, develop an active pipeline, and advance opportunities to sale. The representative will also be responsible for growing existing accounts while remaining strongly focused on territory development.

This position is ideal for an autonomous, organized, results-oriented individual comfortable in a technical B2B sales environment where initiative, perseverance, and business development are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect for new clients within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Present Envirolin Canada's products and solutions in a clear, value-added manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Develop sales with existing accounts.
  • Maintain an active and up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Ensure necessary follow-ups to advance opportunities.
  • Document activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the technical team, customer service, and sales director.
  • Desired Profile
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical representation.
  • Strong interest in prospecting and developing new accounts.
  • Ability to create new opportunities rather than respond to incoming requests.
  • Autonomy, discipline, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to ask the right questions.
  • Credibility with technical or industrial customers.
  • Ability to simplify technical products or solutions.
  • Results-oriented and rigorous in follow-ups.
  • Strong computer skills and CRM proficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and availability for frequent travel.
  • Assets
  • Experience in the lubricants, hydraulics, heavy machinery, transportation, construction, forestry, maritime, or industrial equipment industries.
  • Experience with distributors, OEMs, dealerships, service shops, or industrial clients.
  • Technical training or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Bilingual French/English.
