Sales Advisor

About the Position

We are looking for a sales coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about the commercial/event industry and have an excellent sense of organization, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Listen and understand the client's needs: build a trusting relationship with clients, listen to their desires, expectations, and constraints, and propose solutions.
• Advise clients: understand their needs and advise them on the different options of cuisine, depending on their budget, available space, and preferences.
• Sales and negotiation: be close to your product to be able to propose and argue offers and rates.
• Order follow-up: Once the sale is concluded, ensure follow-up until delivery, including any necessary modifications or adjustments.
• Customer satisfaction: ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process, from contact to delivery.

Desired Profile

• Confirmed experience in the commercial field, preferably in a coordination role
• Experience in the event industry (weddings, buffets, plate lunches, cocktails, corporate events, etc.) is a valuable asset.
• Experience in the catering and event industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Initiative, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in computer tools related to commercial management (Filemaker is a plus)
