Store Manager Assistant

We are looking for a person to fill the position of a full-time store manager assistant (between 35 and 38 hours) for our store located at Mail Montenach.

Manteaux Manteaux is a company that has been in existence for 35 years. It offers the latest winter coat collections during the winter season and an Italian-inspired, chic, light, and comfortable clothing collection during the summer season, all across Quebec and Ontario.

• Welcome customers warmly and advise them according to their needs
• Assist/replace the manager in store management (assign tasks to staff, merchandise display, manage sales schedules/budgets, etc)
• Provide excellent service in the fitting room/during coat trials
• Stay informed about the latest promotions/have good knowledge of the products (documentation on-site)
• Make invoices at the cash register and other essential operations for the smooth functioning of the store
• Ensure the cleanliness of the premises

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales
• Good customer listening skills
• Be proactive, able to adapt quickly
• Enjoy working in a team
• Be available in the evenings and on weekends
