Cosmetic Chef

Familiprix Marie-Éve Buteau and Jean-François Lafrance, located in Sainte-Julienne, is looking for a passionate, dynamic, and versatile cosmetic chef to join its full-time team.

Your main responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service;
• Advise customers on their needs for skin care, makeup, dermocosmetics, and hair care products;
• Maximize sales and achieve department objectives;
• Plan, organize, and ensure the smooth operation of the cosmetics department;
• Manage purchases, orders, and inventory;
• Supervise, motivate, and support the cosmetics team;
• Perform makeup touch-ups, demonstrations, and animations;
• Organize events and promotional activities;
• Perform transactions at the cash register as needed.

• Passion for the beauty and customer service fields;
• Positive leadership and ability to mobilize a team;
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and initiative;
• Excellent communication and sales skills;
• Experience in cosmetics or management.
• 30 to 40 hours per week
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts
