• YOUR ROLE
• Optimize personal and in-store sales by promoting brand initiatives and offering an omnichannel "customer-focused" experience
• Comply with all PP Code of Conduct policies, i.e. procedures related to credit cards, discounts, returns and exchanges
• Ensure that the store brand is aligned through impeccable visual presentation and marketing display
• Perform other tasks assigned by the store management team, i.e. stocking and restocking merchandise, warehouse operations, etc.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere, free of discrimination and harassment, that reflects our "People First" philosophy

DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• A forward-thinking business person who understands the constantly evolving landscape of today's fashion
• High school diploma (D.E.S.)
• One year of experience in a management position in the retail or services sector
• Strong leadership, motivation and customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work according to a variable schedule depending on your state or province.
• Able to fold, lift and move boxes weighing 35 lb (16 kg)
