As an assistant store manager, you report to the store manager and district manager. The assistant store manager contributes to the profitable operation of a store. We are looking for someone who will represent our brand with integrity, love, and respect for others and the planet. The assistant store manager coaches and leads the entire team, encouraging growth and development. And let's be honest, we're better together!

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the store manager in building a team of engaged and fashion-focused talent through recruitment and networking.
• Provide ongoing training and performance-based feedback to all team members.
• Maximize personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and offering an omnichannel, customer-focused experience.
• Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in controlling operating costs through payroll and asset management.
• Ensure the store brand is aligned through impeccable visual merchandising and marketing displays.
• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive atmosphere free of discrimination and harassment that reflects our People First philosophy.
• MAIN REQUIREMENTS
• A forward-thinking business professional who understands today's evolving fashion landscape and the importance of eco-responsible fashion.
• High school diploma (D.E.S.)
• One year of experience in a supervisory role in the retail or service sector
• Strong leadership, motivation, and customer service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours depending on your state or province.
• Capable of folding, lifting, and moving boxes weighing 35 lb (16 kg)
