Sales Trajectory Manager

The Support Service ... is looking for a passionate and dedicated person for a Sales Trajectory Manager position. This role, under the supervision of the general management, involves collaborative and dynamic management of donations.

Position: Permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday with one evening per week (Thursdays) and one Saturday per month (the 1st of the month). The working hours are between 9 am and 5 pm for a total of 35 hours per week.

Location: The work is done in person. Free parking is available.

You will be called upon to support the activities included in the sales trajectory by ensuring the proper functioning of the sectors. This support will be done in collaboration with the dedicated volunteer teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Organization: Ensure the arrangement of the sales space and effective stock management.
• Collaboration with volunteers: Supervise volunteers in the tasks to be completed.
• Administrative tasks: Manage administrative aspects such as opening, closing, sales reports, cash balancing, and change management.
• Customer service: Ensure that volunteer teams offer a warm, professional, and inclusive service, including to clients in sensitive situations.
• Job Requirements:
• Have obtained a DEC, or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Have a sense of organization, be resourceful, and know how to manage time effectively.
• Have empathy and good listening skills.
• Have excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written.
• Adhere to the values and mission of the organization.
• Be autonomous, thorough, and have a high sense of responsibility.
• Be comfortable with technology (Word, Excel, Facebook, Square Dashboard).
• Other Information:
• Onboarding and mentoring training provided.
• Criminal record check and references requested before hiring.
• Position is not remote.
