What will your tasks be?

• Establish a client base consisting of individuals, families, business owners, and wealthy foundations and manage their complex financial needs
• Leverage your investment strategy to create personalized wealth and investment management services for your clients
• Promote long-term relationships based on trust, often multigenerational, through customized service and advice
• Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with RBC partners, including within the Personal and Business Banking Services, Insurance, etc., groups
• What do you need to succeed?

Requirements

• We are looking for passionate and open-minded individuals who have studied in various fields and have diverse work experience, perspectives, and skills
• You have four to six years of experience in outbound sales and being fully commission-based does not bother you
• You have passed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will pass it before your start date
• You are motivated, integrity-driven, and able to show empathy, and want to build a career as a Financial Advisor
• You recognize the value of hard work and time investment to grow your business
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will serve a bilingual client base and work with French and English-speaking colleagues and partners across Canada

Assets

• Experience in a financial services or direct marketing role
• Compelling career path in selling to wealthy clients and business expansion, regardless of sector or discipline
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) title, etc.
