Nutrinor is looking for a manager for one of its service stations, located in Laterrière. The person holding this position is responsible for the complete management of the store. Their primary mandate is to increase the sales of the convenience store and manage the team in place and mobilize them to implement an exceptional customer service.

Your role and responsibilities

• Welcome and serve the customer.
• Perform the various operations related to cash register accounting.
• Responsible for administrative management and human resource management.
• Responsible for inventory control and marketing.
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage operations (e.g., inventory, orders, etc.).
• Ensure the development of sales and the maintenance of the site.
• Perform any other related tasks.

Qualifications sought

• Possess a degree in business management or a relevant degree for the position (asset.)
• Possess 2 years of experience in retail business management, human resource management, or any other related field.
• Have an entrepreneurial profile, a high level of autonomy, and the ability to make decisions
• Have skills in accounting and computer science in general.
• Possess mobilizing leadership and an innovative spirit.
• Stand out by the quality of your customer service.
• Demonstrate good skills for promotion and sales.
• The person may be called outside this time frame for any emergency, given the nature of the function.
