This process aims to fill 2 permanent positions (105778 and 105784). For employees belonging to the General Professionals accreditation, the eligibility list from this process will be used to fill all positions in this function at the Property Management and Planning Division of the Asset Management Department of the Building Management and Planning Service, whose requirements are the same or similar. Within the Building Management and Planning Service (SGPI), our team plays a key role in the management and strategic planning of a diverse property portfolio. In a context marked by significant asset maintenance needs and a desire to improve the overall performance of buildings, we are promoting an integrated, innovative, and sustainable approach to property management.

Your Mandate

You will actively contribute to rigorous management and strategic planning of the property portfolio under your responsibility. With your comprehensive understanding of technical, operational, and organizational issues, you orchestrate the necessary actions to ensure the sustainability, performance, and compliance of assets. More specifically, you:

• develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of real estate assets to ensure rigorous and informed tracking;
• analyze, structure, and prioritize intervention needs to effectively plan investments and support decisions;
• coordinate property activities and act as the main point of contact with clients and partners, ensuring proactive communication and responsive service;
• develop analyses and scenarios to illuminate strategic choices and optimize portfolio management;
• act as an expert by analyzing functional, operational, and strategic needs, and formulate recommendations to improve building performance.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent academic) in engineering, architecture, or another relevant field
• 4 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, including:
• + prioritization and planning of needs and investments;

+ management and coordination of actions in a property portfolio.

• Valid driver's license
• Experience in managing municipal, institutional, and heritage building assets (asset)
• Knowledge or additional training in property management or project management (asset)
