Steamatic Vaudreuil-Salaberry is looking for an experienced project manager to handle cases in our three divisions: emergency, content, and reconstruction.

We are looking for a professional capable of managing a disaster file from A to Z, from emergency intervention to reconstruction, while providing exceptional customer service.

• YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage multiple post-disaster files simultaneously.
• Handle projects in the emergency, content, and reconstruction sectors.
• Travel to disaster sites to assess damages.
• Produce estimates in Xactimate (Xactware) and CoreLogic.
• Plan interventions and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors.
• Follow up with insurers, claims experts, and clients.
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, insurer standards, and quality standards are met.
• Ensure profitability and closure of files.

Mandatory requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in post-disaster.
• Mastery of Xactimate (Xactware) and CoreLogic.
• Experience in estimation and project management.
• Excellent knowledge of insurance companies' requirements and procedures.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.

Assets

• IICRC certification.
• Experience in the three sectors: emergency, content, and reconstruction.
