For our client's Chicoutimi branch, we are looking for an energetic and committed Assistant Store Manager who will be the true right arm of the Director. Your role will be 100% on the ground, at the heart of operations and customer service.

You will ensure an active and dynamic presence on the field, especially during high-traffic periods (including evenings and weekends). A great challenge for someone who thrives on customer service and improving processes.

Rotating hours, which will change from one week to the next to ensure a fair distribution among the management team:

• 2 to 3 openings per week (11:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• 2 to 3 closings per week (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM)
• 1 double shift per week (11:00 AM to 1:00 AM)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 per year
