Assistant Manager (H/F/NB)

Bon Delire Bar is looking for a bilingual Assistant Manager with several years of experience in FOH with an expertise in bar and cocktails to join our team. If you want to be part of a motivated team and you have a desire to grow with a young and passionate team, we would love to meet you.

Employment Type: Full-time, 2 open and 2 close (to 4:30am ish).

Salary: 16$/h + approx. 35$/h tips

• Set up: organize, clean and check service areas, supervise employees and the opening of the establishment.
• Ensure good customer service: greet customers, explain cocktail and food menus and specials, take orders, serve customers, collect and process payments.
• Supervision of the establishment and the teams: supervision of lights and music, room and bar activities, communication between the team.
• Participate in the closing of the establishment: carry out the storage and maintenance of the work areas, redo the setting up of the room, balance and close the cash register.
• Admin tasks.
• Perform any other related task as needed

Required Experience

• 3-4 years experience in service bartending;
• 1 year of experience in a similar managing position.

Salary: 16.00$ to 35.00$ per hour
