By joining our Digital Technologies team based in Longueuil, you will be part of a dedicated team delivering IT solutions for the Operations organization, particularly for the logistics and procurement management units. You will also be a key player in P&WC's digital transformation, working in a multi-vendor environment and overseeing vendor activities.

As a functional analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating, proposing, planning, and implementing activities related to detailed analysis and design to provide tailored digital solutions for operations. Your responsibilities will include researching and proposing innovative solutions to automate processes, leveraging best practices and technologies within the application processes and enterprise architecture.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Understand business issues, business processes, and strategic objectives.
• Analyze operational needs and contribute to the writing of clear specifications.
• Estimate, plan, and implement projects of all sizes.
• Adhere to project deadlines and budgets.
• Validate that proposed solutions meet business requirements.

What Will Your Day Look Like?

• Collaborate closely with business experts, solution architecture, the SAP Competency Center, and other digital technology specialists.
• Lead specific logistics projects, including Web/Intranet and SAP Portal projects.
• Ensure the global integration of SAP MM, PP, and ARIBA systems with other SAP modules within the main application suite.
• Configure SAP, primarily in the MM and PP modules.
• Create and develop project documentation, such as flowcharts, activity profiles, test scripts, configuration specifications, and other related documents.
• Ensure adequate knowledge transfer from the project team to the post-implementation support team.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement, leveraging SAP functionalities and complementary applications to promote best practices and generate business benefits.

Required Qualifications

• University degree with at least 4 years of experience using SAP products and implementing SAP logistics solutions.
• Proficiency in business process design and SAP ECC PP, MM, ARIBA, and S4 Hana configuration.
• This position operates in a French-speaking environment but requires excellent English proficiency to read and understand daily documentation and technical terms from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with international clients, suppliers, or colleagues.
• Participation or leadership in project teams to deliver SAP solutions based on procurement management processes.

Desired Qualifications

• SAP certification.
• Good knowledge of other SAP modules or systems such as QM, PM, SD, SRM, GTS, and Microsoft xRM.
• Familiarity with export compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of Web technologies, SAP Portal, PI, and Web standards.
• Understanding of programming languages and ABAP debugging tools.
