Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and provide solutions in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow up with customers to identify their needs and assist if necessary
• Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional assistance
• Review order reports and follow up daily
• Other tasks as requested

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service-oriented
• Good team spirit
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and maintain organization
• Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (French and English)

Bilingual (French, English – spoken and written) is necessary for frequent interactions with English and French-speaking customers in our stores, colleagues, and/or internal partners/suppliers across Canada.
