YOUR DAILY MISSION

As a Proximity Leader, You Ensure the Success of Operations and the Happiness of Our Visitors

• Team Leadership: Orchestrate the work of employees and team leaders (assignments, day preparation, positive work environment).
• Operational Excellence: Supervise the kitchen and sales points to ensure quality, cleanliness, and adherence to VVV standards.
• Talent Development: Organize and follow up on continuous training to help your colleagues grow.
• Proximity Management: Ensure stock rotation, inventory, and proper cash management.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the management team on department development plans.

PROFILE REQUIRED

• Experience: Approximately 2 years in a similar role, ideally in fast food.
• Key Skills: Natural leadership, organizational sense, and agility in problem-solving.
• Personality: You are autonomous, proactive, and keep your smile even during busy periods.
• Asset: Proficiency in English is a plus for interacting with our diverse clientele.
• PRACTICAL DETAILS

The position requires good physical fitness: you will be active (standing/walking) most of the time, with some handling of loads (up to 10 kg) and varied movements (bending, crouching).
