Director's Assistant / Senior Accountant

Accounting Section:

• Manage all accounting and financial operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Perform monthly closing procedures and prepare end-of-year filing.
• Record and prepare necessary accounting entries.
• Conduct financial analyses, budget tracking, and provide recommendations to management.
• Director's Assistant Section:
• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the management team in their daily activities.
• Manage priorities, schedules, and follow-ups related to management operations.
• Serve as a resource person to ensure the smooth, efficient, and proper functioning of administrative operations.
• Salary: Starting at $30.00 per hour
• Location: On-site
