Project Manager - Real Estate Development

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, monitoring, and complete management of real estate development projects, from the planning phase to project closure. As the main project manager, the person ensures compliance with schedules, budgets, and established objectives, and ensures effective coordination between internal and external stakeholders. The Project Manager also monitors risks, prepares required deliverables for various project phases, document compliance, and ensures compliance with conditions imposed by funding providers.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare funding requests, coordinate professionals and consultants, ensure compliance of deliverables, and maintain development schedules. Identify critical issues and critical paths that may affect the project.

Prepare and monitor project budgets, validate costs and contracts, coordinate financing procedures, and ensure compliance with funding provider conditions and financial deadlines.

Identify risks related to costs, delays, financing, and regulatory compliance, implement appropriate mitigation measures, and monitor major issues with management.

Ensure document coordination between project phases, participate in progress report and site KPI tracking, prepare end-of-project reports, and ensure archiving of official documents.

• Desired Profile

The candidate has a minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management. They hold a degree in project management, urban planning, architecture, law, or any other related field. Relevant experience in real estate development or real estate project management is a significant asset.

Salary: Starting at $70,000 per year
