Heavy-Duty Mechanic

We are looking for a heavy-duty mechanic for our Beauharnois garage with heated floors and air conditioning.

Over 30 trucks and 70 trailers to maintain.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Perform general maintenance on the company's fleet of vehicles;
• Repair diesel mechanical systems (heavy-duty);
• Repair hydraulic and electrical systems;
• Repair air systems;
• Perform mechanical inspections on trucks;
• Perform various welding jobs such as design, assembly, repair, and fabrication (asset);
• Roadside assistance (road service) as needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (according to emergencies) Monday to Friday.

Toolbox for heavy-duty mechanics is an asset.

Employment type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: $24.00 to $34.00 per hour
