The marketing team plays a key role in ensuring the visibility and reputation of our brand while supporting the development of our annual campaigns and initiatives.

Main Role
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Senior Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in the design and deployment of Benny\&Co.'s creative initiatives. In collaboration with the marketing team, this person transforms business objectives into strong visual concepts and ensures the execution of consistent, distinctive, and high-quality campaigns across all touchpoints of the brand. With their expertise, the Senior Graphic Designer contributes to the evolution of ideas, maintains a high level of creative quality, and ensures compliance with Benny\&Co.'s visual identity standards. The person also supports the junior graphic designer in their development by sharing expertise, providing constructive feedback, and promoting best practices in design.

Your daily tasks will include
- Designing strong creative solutions that meet the brand's needs.
- Designing and adapting provincial campaigns across all touchpoints: digital media, social networks, outdoor advertising, PLV, packaging, mobile application, website, newsletters, and printed materials.
- Producing communication tools that support the marketing team's initiatives and operations while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Ensuring the consistency and integrity of Benny\&Co.'s visual identity in all deliverables.
- Planning, structuring, and prioritizing your work to meet deadlines and deliver quality projects.
- Collaborating closely with internal and external partners to ensure rigorous campaign execution.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of creative practices by sharing your ideas, knowledge, and design best practices.
- Staying up-to-date with design, communication, brand image, and new technology trends, including AI tools applied to creation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or DEC in graphic design.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in graphic design, in a creative environment or within a marketing team.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong creative and technical skills.
- Significant experience in developing and managing a strong and consistent brand image.
- Experience in art direction and photo production coordination.
- Proficiency in Adobe suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, AI tools applied to creation, or other design tools is an asset.
- Good understanding of digital, print media, and different brand touchpoints.
- Experience in managing creative projects and collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Experience in the food service industry or with a mass-market brand is an asset.

With a network of over 80 locations in Quebec and Ontario, the 4th-generation company employs over 2,400 people and serves 12 million roasted chicken meals annually. To date, more than 37 members of the Benny family's 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generations own and operate all the restaurants.
