- Your role
The Supervisor, Calibration, BAS & HVAC is responsible for supervising the calibration activities, managing the BAS and its components, as well as managing the HVAC systems.
Your responsibilities
General Aspects:
- Manage the annual performance of employees under your supervision and ensure that disciplinary files are adequately managed according to a progressive and fair approach in line with organizational policies, equity principles, and the expected quality-effectiveness approach;
- Ensure compliance with GMP and hygiene rules;
- Ensure that activities and documentation comply with the applicable procedures;
- Participate in audits and inspections (internal and external) and follow up and execute actions related to audits;
- Calibration Aspects:
- Supervise the instrumentation technicians team and provide support and advice when needed;
- Write and update procedures related to calibration;
- Support instrumentation technicians during troubleshooting;
- BAS Aspects:
- Ensure daily monitoring of the BAS status;
- + Monitoring of alarms;
- + Updating various reports (humidity, pressure, etc.);
- + Updating various graphs;
- + Writing and updating programs related to the BAS;
- HVAC Aspects:
- Support the building mechanics team in troubleshooting ventilation equipment;
- Coordinate the distribution of work orders (in collaboration with the Engineering and Facilities Manager);
- Monitor the work orders of the current month;
Perform any other related tasks as needed by the company.
Requirements
- DEC in instrumentation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in repairing and calibrating industrial instruments.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing production environment.
Skills
- Resourcefulness, autonomy, manual skills, building maintenance aptitudes, positive attitude towards other employees.
Assets
- Basic knowledge of electromechanics.
- Person familiar with GMP concepts.
- Person who has previously worked in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic production.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
