Jar Filling Machine Operator

Under the supervision of the production supervisor, the person sought ensures the operation of production equipment, product quality control, and compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in place.

Key activities

• Feed the machines with jar lids;
• Transport loads to the machine;
• Perform quality control tests;
• Fill out forms corresponding to the activities performed;
• Monitor the prerequisites and critical control points of the HACCP system;
• Perform minor mechanical adjustments as needed;
• Communicate relevant information to the supervisor;
• Work in collaboration with the cook and quality control;
• Ensure the cleanliness and cleaning of your workstation.

Required education and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in the food industry (an asset).
