SAIL Beloeil is recruiting a Department Manager – Clothing & Shoes who is passionate about the outdoor universe and motivated by managing a high-impact commercial department.

• Your role

As a manager, you will be responsible for

• Hiring, integrating, training, and supervising a high-performing team
• Motivating your team towards ambitious goals
• Developing a sales culture focused on expertise, service, and customer loyalty
• Ensuring compliance with visual, operational, and merchandising standards of the department
• Actively contributing to the overall performance of the large-format store
• You will play a key role in the overall performance of the large-format store.
