Marketing Assistant

About Us

Majesty Diamonds is a company specializing in high-quality lab-grown diamond jewelry. We are looking for an organized, self-driven, and passionate Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Manager in daily operations.

This position is not focused on content creation or social media management. We are looking for someone who enjoys behind-the-scenes work, organization, and setting up marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, and schedule email campaigns using HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo.
• Update website content (products, collections, descriptions, and other information).
• Add and organize products on Instagram Shop, Facebook Marketplace, and Pinterest.
• Use Canva to prepare marketing materials when necessary.
• Perform simple video edits with CapCut.
• Organize marketing files, photos, and documents.
• Keep marketing calendars, tracking tables, and other administrative documents up to date.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and participate in various related tasks.
• Desired Profile
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Very good command of French and English.
• Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or a similar email marketing platform.
• Good knowledge of Canva and CapCut.
• Experience with Pinterest, Instagram Shop, and Facebook Marketplace.
• Comfortable with digital tools and various marketing platforms.
• Good ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence tools (such as ChatGPT or other AI platforms) is considered an asset.
