Reporting to the Senior Procurement Director, the Pricing and Contracts Analyst plays a crucial role in managing pricing and commercial agreements. Through their meticulousness and analytical mindset, they contribute to the integrity of our data, the compliance of our agreements, and the optimization of our processes.

Your main responsibilities as a Pricing and Contracts Analyst:

  • Analyze, validate, and integrate price changes from suppliers and distributors.
  • Ensure the integrity of pricing data by conducting price audits and validating compliance between supplier prices, selling prices, contracts, order directories, and invoices.
  • Evaluate the financial impacts of pricing changes and produce the necessary analyses to support decision-making.
  • Keep databases, contracts, commercial agreements, and pricing management tools up-to-date.
  • Communicate price changes to relevant partners, ensure their implementation, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Participate in the management of supplier contracts, rebate programs, and the renewal of pricing agreements.
  • Utilize pricing and market data to identify optimization opportunities and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
  • What will make you successful as a Pricing and Contracts Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, finance, accounting, operations management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience in pricing, data analysis, procurement, commercial management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the food service industry (an asset).
  • Excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Autonomy, meticulousness, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced functions).
