Your Role

As a Floor Coverings Advisor, you will assist our clientele with their residential and commercial projects by providing tailored advice to meet their needs.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise customers in-store
• Assist customers in choosing their floor coverings and materials
• Follow up and prepare quotes
• Provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience
• Desired Profile
• Sales experience (an asset)
• Interest in interior design and renovation
• Knowledge of different types of floor coverings (an asset)
• Knowledge of the Surfagest system (an asset)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dynamism, autonomy, and team spirit
• Ability to lift loads of 60lbs
