Supervisor

TAG E-Karting & Amusements is looking for an experience supervisor to join the team.

Tag E-Karting & Amusements is an indoor attraction center featuring electric karting on a 3-floor track, laser tag, bowling, axe throwing, virtual reality, interactive floor, and more!

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the management in daily operations (opening and closing the center, managing absenteeism, rotations, etc);
• Constantly ensure an exemplary customer service;
• Be the resource person for managing customer conflicts on the floor in the absence of the Service Chiefs;
• Supervise team leaders and support them in operations;
• Conduct training, integration, and mentoring of new employees;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
• Assist the management in all other related tasks, without being limited to.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/sales;
• 2-3 years of experience in employee management;
• Organization, priority management, punctuality, and diligence;
• Be dynamic, energetic, and a good communicator;
• Bilingual (asset)
• Working Hours

40-hour workweek, mostly from Wednesday to Sunday.
