Our Promenades St-Bruno branch is looking for the rare gem who will occupy the position of Sales Advisor (Full-Time - 25-30 hours per week).

• Welcome, inform, and guide customers in accordance with the service and quality requirements of our jewelry store.
• Offer articles by applying sales techniques related to products and providing tailored advice based on different customer profiles.
• Offer associated or after-sales services.
• Process invoicing, order tracking, repairs, and stocking.
• Participate in customer loyalty, product presentation, and display, and storefront presentation within the framework of our jewelry store's merchandising policy.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to welcome the customer in the store, analyze their needs, and encourage a sale.
• Ability to conclude a sale and build customer loyalty.
• Ability to provide information and technical advice on the various products offered in the jewelry store.
• Ability to offer a service and after-sales operation.
• Ability to invoice (sale, order, stocking) and complete a transaction.
• Skill to perform some repairs on-site (bracelet changes, batteries, etc.).
• Ability to implement the merchandising policy.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with computer systems in the retail trade.
• Team spirit

Job Requirements

• Hold at least a DES.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales.
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service.
• Experience in jewelry - an asset.
• Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
• Salary: $16.60 to $24.14 per hour
