Your responsibilities...

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated sales associate, ready to assume all responsibilities related to sales, from prospecting to closing sales.

• Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to Olsen Fashion Canada's service standards and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
• Possess excellent styling skills and be able to make recommendations by evaluating clients' unique needs and mastering products, fashion trends, new arrivals, item locations, etc.
• Effectively develop relationships with customers by providing relevant recommendations and ideas and enriching their shopping experience.
• Stimulate sales by presenting and promoting other items, such as layering clothes or accessories, as needed.
• Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the product display area.

Your profile...

Experience in retail sales, even entry-level, is an asset.

• Relational ease and self-confidence to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Motivation to achieve excellent results through enthusiasm generated by contact with customers and sports products.
• Good understanding of sales principles.
• Dynamic, confident, and friendly personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
