Under the direction of the Sanitation Supervisor, the Sanitation Team Lead supervises and manages employees to achieve sanitation goals, ensuring effective and efficient work.

List of Tasks

• Perform sanitation cleaning tasks.
• Be aware of the department's objectives.
• Ensure that human and material resources are available to achieve objectives.
• Position employees according to productivity needs.
• Train employees.
• Ensure that sanitation operations start at the scheduled times.
• Ensure that equipment is functioning properly according to required settings at all times.
• Report any mechanical defects to the supervisor.
• Inform your supervisor about any employee misconduct.
• Any other related tasks.
