Salary: Starting at 45,500 $/year (depending on experience)

Retention bonus of 10,000 $ *+ BONI

What your daily routine will look like

• Manage the staff and the establishment on a daily basis under the supervision of the coordinator (coaching, order manager, bank deposits, staff management and financial reports, interviews, hires and training);
• Provide excellent customer service by establishing a lasting relationship with customers and representatives;
• Execute the marketing and planogram in full compliance;
• Ensure the cleanliness of the store by maintaining a safe and stimulating work environment.

What we are looking for

• Experience in staff management or retail (6 months and +);
• Skills in human resources management;
• Ability to motivate, manage and coach a work team;
• Available to respond to emergencies, if needed.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift and transport merchandise regularly, frequently and without assistance, if necessary. The weight of the merchandise can vary, weighing up to 12 kg (25 lb)
• Pursuant to the French Language Act, any person hired in our large region of Quebec must speak French.
