Sales Representative

Your responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from the sales department.
• Advise customers and guide them to the services that best suit their needs.
• Prepare quotes and orders.
• Follow up on estimation requests received in the CRM and quickly contact customers.
• Make follow-ups to conclude sales.
• Verify customer documents and ensure that files are complete.

Desired profile

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, courteous, and attentive to customers.
• Organized, self-motivated, dynamic, and punctual.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Good computer skills (CRM, emails, and office suite) – an asset.
• Bilingual in French and English required.

Experience

• Minimum of one year of sales experience (experience in moving is an asset).
• Demonstrated experience in telephone sales and closing sales.
• Salary: 50,000$ to 115,000$ per year
