Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated sales representative, customer service-oriented and results-driven, who wishes to evolve within a dynamic team.

Your responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from the sales department.
• Advise clients and guide them towards services that meet their needs.
• Prepare quotes and orders.
• Follow up on estimation requests received in the CRM and quickly contact clients.
• Make follow-ups to conclude sales.
• Verify client documents and ensure that files are complete.

Desired profile

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, courteous, and attentive to clients.
• Organized, independent, dynamic, and punctual.
• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Good mastery of computer tools (CRM, emails, and office suite) – an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English required.

Experience

• Minimum of one year of sales experience (moving experience is an asset).
• Demonstrated experience in telephone sales and closing sales.
• Salary: 50,000$ to 115,000$ per year
