Middlemen is hiring a sales associate / stylist for men's and women's suits

Middlemen Canada is looking for a strong, ambitious, and professional sales profile to join our new boutique at Carrefour Laval, specializing in men's suits in ready-to-wear and custom-made clothing.

We are not just looking for a salesperson. We are looking for someone who can advise, convince, build trust with demanding clients, and represent Middlemen's premium image.

We are seeking a person with a true sales energy, excellent presentation, ease of communication, and a strong desire to learn about men's and women's suits.

The ideal candidate is able to:

• welcome clients with professionalism;
• quickly understand the client's needs;
• advise on cuts, styles, fabrics, and occasions;
• turn a recommendation into a concrete sale;
• make effective follow-ups with clients;
• work with sales targets;
• learn quickly to become autonomous;
• represent Middlemen's vision and image.

We are looking for a serious, professional, and motivated person with a minimum of two years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should be open to learning and ready to develop a true expertise in high-end ready-to-wear men's clothing and custom-made suits.
