Our ANGE Bakery network is looking for: A Baker and a Pastry Chef for our bakery in Boucherville.

Integrated into the bakery in Boucherville located at 95 Boulevard de Mortagne, you will be an actor in the development of the bakery and the shared pleasure every day with our customers.

Your mission: Baker

• Preparation of various breads according to our recipes, methods, and values.
• Mastery of kneading, shaping, and various baking.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules.
• Pastry Chef
• Prepare raised dough pastries and pastries according to ANGE recipes and methods.
• Perform rolling, laminating, and shaping operations.
• Control rising times and baking to ensure constant quality.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety rules, and maintain a clean work environment.
• Your profile
• You are a passionate baker or pastry chef.
• You master the techniques specific to your profession.
• You are concerned about detail and quality.

• You are able to work autonomously.

The position to be filled is a permanent contract based on 40 hours per week.

We offer a fixed salary valued according to your experience.
