Concretely, your role is:

In collaboration with the corporate team, you take full responsibility for the branch: sales, team, operations, and profitability.

An engaged and on-the-ground leader, you drive daily activities with energy while ensuring compliance with standards, processes, and organizational guidelines. In short, you are the engine of the customer and team experience.

Concretely, you will manage the 5 main spheres of management: operations, local development and marketing, team leadership, performance management, and finance.

What we are looking for

• 5-10 years of experience in the food service industry, including 5+ years of management experience in restaurants, bars, or hospitality
• Strong on-the-ground presence and natural leadership
• Results-oriented analytical mindset
• Rigor in execution and adherence to standards
• A genuine passion for customer experience and teamwork
• The ability to stay calm when things get busy
