Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Deliver training to internal and external clients
• Deliver training on the payroll sector, our business solutions (e.g., report generator, Payroll Summary, Human Resources, etc.)
• Select and apply pedagogical design models and learning theories to design effective learning programs.
• Participate in the development and validation of various training documents (e.g., presentation, participant guide, trainer guide, various procedures, etc.)
• Participate in the improvement of existing training content.
• Keep training databases up-to-date, according to new options in the system (go-live)
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of new functions developed in the applications
• Monitor and improve training quality through surveys, call listening, and result analysis
• Collaborate in identifying training needs for resources and participate in internal training activities
• Support advisors on various applications
• Perform administrative tasks,

Qualifications Required for Success in this Role

• College or university training in pedagogy, andragogy, human resources, accounting, or a relevant discipline
• At least three years of experience in training, skills development, payroll, or a relevant discipline
• Knowledge of adult learning principles,
• Experience in designing mixed learning programs using various methods
• Effective consulting skills with numerous stakeholders
• Analytical and synthesis mindset,
• Good priority management, organization, and planning skills,
• Ability to manage various projects
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written), both in French and English
• Demonstrate great creativity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge or mastery of a learning platform
• Knowledge of Payroll (asset)
• Knowledge of payroll systems (Nethris or EmployeurD application, an asset)
• Knowledge of customer service (asset)
• Demonstrates an openness to the responsible use of artificial intelligence tools and the willingness to leverage them to improve efficiency, collaboration, and the quality of deliverables, while acting as an ambassador for their adoption within the organization.

CGI provides a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. This range is determined based on various factors, including skills level, geographic market, experience, and education, as well as licenses and certifications. Reward decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each individual case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $60,000 - $100,000.
