PROJECT MANAGER – CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

At Demers Ambulances, you will be part of the operational improvement team. Your role will be crucial in making our operations more efficient, smoother, and safer to manufacture ambulances ready to save lives.

Your daily tasks

• Lead and direct multidisciplinary continuous improvement activities (Kaizen)
• Apply value-added production principles (PVA) and LEAN principles
• Optimize processes and develop flowcharts
• Implement factory layout improvements
• Analyze the costs and benefits of acquiring production equipment
• Monitor project progress and act as a change agent for teams

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations, or logistics, or relevant training
• Experience in a manufacturing company – an asset
• Knowledge of continuous improvement processes (DSM, VSM, Kaizen, Kanban, 5S)
• Problem-solving skills and rigor
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, organizational skills
• Ability to communicate well and collaborate with multiple teams
