General Workshop Labourer – Evening Shift | Training Provided

Looking for a hands-on career in the aerospace industry?

Mecaer America Inc. is looking for motivated General Workshop Labourers to join our production team on the evening or day shift.

No aerospace experience? No problem. We provide full on-the-job training to individuals with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What you'll do

You'll support various production operations throughout the workshop while working alongside experienced team members.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform a variety of manual production tasks.
• Handle parts weighing between 20 and 30 lbs.
• Perform glass bead blasting and plastic media blasting operations.
• Drain oils from components following established procedures.
• Clean, scrub, and prepare parts for the next production steps.
• Assist with paint touch-ups as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all quality and health & safety procedures.

• Manufacturing, workshop, or industrial experience.
• Experience using hand tools or production equipment.

No experience? We'll train you! We're looking for the right attitude just as much as experience.
