Head Chef - Temporary Replacement

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for: * Maintaining and establishing company standards; * Developing monthly menus according to client needs in collaboration with the nutrition team; * Managing and coordinating your team by applying current regulations, managing schedules (leave requests, delays, absences) in collaboration with human resources; * Ensuring profitability objectives, product quality standards, and client satisfaction are met; * Ensuring CNESST standards are followed by actively participating in the Health and Safety Committee; * Organizing monthly team meetings and preparing the agenda; * Managing inventories and placing orders as needed; * Maintaining harmonious working relationships with employees, the union, and clients; * Compiling production and quantity control statistics.
