Mecaer Aviation Processing (MAP) is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our HVOF team. Whether you already have industrial experience or are looking to learn a specialized trade, we are willing to train candidates who have the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will operate and support our High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) thermal spray process used to apply high-performance coatings to aerospace components.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate HVOF equipment following established procedures.
• Prepare components and materials for production.
• Monitor equipment and process parameters.
• Perform quality inspections and record results.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Follow all quality and safety procedures.
• Work closely with the technical team to continuously improve processes.

• Aerospace, special process, or surface treatment experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Mechanical Engineering education or a related technical background.
• Functional English to understand technical documentation, equipment manuals, and safety procedures.

No HVOF experience? No problem. We provide training for the right candidate.
