Mecaer America Inc. is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Quality team as an Entry-Level Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector.

This is a full-time evening shift position. No previous NDT experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to candidates with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn a specialized trade.

What you'll do

Working under the supervision of certified inspectors, you'll help inspect aerospace components to ensure they meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare parts, materials, and inspection equipment.
• Perform basic non-destructive inspections under supervision.
• Learn and use various inspection methods, including:
• Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
• Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
• Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
• Follow written procedures and work instructions.
• Accurately document inspection results.
• Assist with inspection equipment maintenance.
• Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures.
• Support component traceability in accordance with AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.

• Interest in aerospace technologies and inspection processes.

No NDT experience? That's okay. We'll provide the training and support you need to develop your skills and work toward your NDT certification.
