Multipurpose Retail Salesperson

Bestwineamerica is a store that sells grape juice for home wine making and offers a winemaking center where customers can make their wine on site.

We are looking for a bilingual English-French person, dynamic and with many initiatives.

Person with a nice personality and comfortable with the public.

Your main responsibilities:

• Welcome and advise customers in the store.
• Answer phone calls and emails.
• Process online orders and Amazon orders.
• Accompany customers during the making of their wine.
• Connect fermentation tanks and wine bags to our production system.
• Help customers fill their wine bags and, if necessary, transport them to their vehicle.
• Track inventory and participate in receiving goods.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Participate in various tasks as needed by the company.
• The desired profile:
• Bilingual (French and English).
• Experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills with people.
• Dynamic, autonomous, and organized person.
• Good physical condition (some tasks require handling wine bags and products).
• Comfortable with computers (emails, online orders, basic software).
• Desire to learn and interest in the world of wine.

No wine knowledge is required, but we are looking for a curious person who learns quickly and will be able to advise our customers with confidence after training.

Schedule: 5 days -

Tuesday to

Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm -

Saturday 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. Sunday and Monday off.

The schedule is fixed at 30 hours per week.

Salary: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour.
